Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns for skincare products. However, we will gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased from April Sheris Skincare by pop up store or online at www.aprilsheris.com.
Exchange requests must be received within 24 hours of the delivery date and apparel must be returned back to us in its original packaging with all tags attached and sanitary liner in place for the exchange to be considered valid. Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 2-7 business days. If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item with a higher value, the difference in cost of the exchanged item will be required.
Our apparel uses the finest quality fabrics and embellishments available. However, we are not liable for any damage or fading due to chlorinated wash, hot tubs, sand, and tanning oils deemed as not normal wear and tear. An order can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of it being placed and as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact us if you need to cancel or make changes to an order.
